Name Captian Hector Barbossa
Gender Male
Pysical Description Barbossa stands at about 5'9, blue eyes a healed over scar that is just under his right eye. His hair is braided at the back but falls down to about his shoulders it looks dirty blond and stringy, his beird looks much the same but it's a bit shorter and seems to be separated but not my much.
Personality Description Barbossa is a ruthless man but does have a kind streak. barbossa is a man to make deals, and part of that kind streak is that he keeps them untill they are complete. with dealing with barbossa one has to have a way wiht words and getting waht they want after all if that should fail...they are at his mercy.
History Barbossa was the First Mate on the Black Pearl, a pirate ship commanded by Captain Jack Sparrow. Barbossa asked Captain Sparrow to tell him the bearings of Isla de Muerta, believed to be a stronghold of Aztec gold; trusting Barbossa, Sparrow told him the location. That night, Barbossa led a mutiny against Sparrow and took over the Black Pearl, leaving Sparrow marooned on an island with a single-shot pistol (presumably with which to commit suicide rather than to die from starvation or dehydration). The remaining crew found the Aztec treasure to which Jack had been leading them, and shared it among themselves — calling down an ancient Aztec curse in the process. To lift the curse, the crew realized that they must return all the Aztec gold to Isla de Muerta; at the time the film begins, they have recovered 881 of the 882 gold coins. Barbossa and the crew then spend the course of the film searching for the last coin, which is in the possession of Will Turner and then Elizabeth Swann. Barbossa is shot by Jack Sparrow (with the same pistol Barbossa had left him when he marooned Sparrow on the island) just after the two final coins and necessary blood are returned to the chest. Barbossa looks at the blood pouring from the wound, and says that he feels cold, his first feeling since the curse was put upon him. After pretending to be dead Barbossa waited untill everyone had left the cave finding a nother crew member who helped him to regain his, swearing an oath of vengeance against Jack Sparrow.

Sample Post I didn't even blink when the building nearest me exploded, spraying razor sharp shards of glass and wooden splinters in all directions. I realised that I probably should have, it was difficult getting used to being mortal once again. The dirty street of the coastal town was awash with blood, bodies and debris, people scattering in all directions, trying their hardest to escape from the raw chaos erupting all around them. Of course, my crew was in there too; pillaging what they could before the stores and other houses collapsed on their heads. One crewman came bursting out of a burning house to my right, a gleeful smile splitting his face, toting a number of valuable-looking pieces of clothing and jewellery. Turning his head left and right to search for anyone who would dare challenge his claim, he ran off back towards the harbor, and to the ship I had taken command of weeks ago. As he rushed past me, my perception of him and everything else evaporated. I floated off into this state that happens to me sometimes now. This strange nirvana that overcomes me when I realise that I can sense everything around me again. Smells and tastes and textures that other people would find horrifying or disgusting fill me with a pleasure unimaginable. The smell of gunpowder and burning wood in the air was as a field of virgin roses, untouched by humanity, the soothing aroma filling my lungs. The palpable metallic taste in the air from the oil and blood was like a Swedish chocolate melting on my tongue. The feel of the rough, blood stained dirt in my hands was like a silken bedsheet caressing my skin. It was good to be alive again.
Another explosion snapped me back to reality. I didnt recall my crew having such bad aim; they were supposed to be gunning for the navy fort on the other damn side of this backwater coastal town. But no matter, I would give them a piece of my mind when I came back aboard. Right now, there were more important things to find in this town. Although the crew thought this was a simple burn-and-plunder, what I was looking for was the true reason why we were here.
